When GoDaddy dropped support for SOPA they didn't attempt to rebuild relationships with the domain holders who left. The CEO of GoDaddy, Warren Adelman, issued an apology to rebuild the relationships with domain holders who left because GoDaddy originally supported SOPA.
One of GoDaddy's rivals, Namecheap, is campaigning against GoDaddy by encouraging users to switch their registrations for a low cost. The coupon code is SOPAsucks. On top of that every transfer will donate $1 to the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) which helps fight SOPA.
